i dont know how this poll has been conducted, but its true that its not true, no doubt that chinese hackers are among one of the most powerfull hackers (army) in the world today and russians hackers are damn notorious* and well know for there money making stuff ......... but chinese hackers are doing things in a very diffrent manner that world has ever seen till now, Indian hackers are no doubt that one of the best hackers/security professional in the world, but if u compare them to chinese the only problem is that Indian hackers are not as much organized as chinese hackers, though the young blood coming these days are trying to make a change and make an impact also, but they r not involved into just lame defacing and spamming/phishing and any kind of money making stuffs except few, pakistan have also gud hackers but the same problem is there also, but the gud thing is that at the time of need they get united just because for the sake and name of religion, but they r not one of the ethical hackers like u can see in India, Pakistani hackers are also becoming notorious and just "defacers" and nothing else. As long as the case of American hackers is concerned, there is no doubt there r damn gud talented hackers are there, but due to the strict laws and high security most of them dont at all like to come into any kind of lime light or be into news, but u cant say that they r not active or working. And what about the hackers of Turkey (most notorious for defacing), Georgia, Albania, Serbia, Kosovo, KSA, Indonesia, Malyesia ????
