LOL.... Like CM said, learning Icelandic to set a wallpaper is a bit much, not to mention the huge Haskell related crud that you have to download. Why is Awesome even there? I refuse to use DEs that pose as WMs wmii should be on top, btw (for tiling, at least.... Openbox still beats em all, obviously)

GHC crud? What?!? Xmonad isn't a DE. It doesn't set your wallpaper, use a different tool for that.

@CM&Litho lol. you dont actually need to know haskell (or icelandic) to configure xmonad keybindings. just some copy and paste and you're away. if u want to change more than keybindings, john georzen's tutorial and config is a great place to start. like (iirc) the bluetile guy said... xmonad isnt just a wm, it's a lib to make your own wm. very "have it your way".
