It's official: windows live messenger is excellent, skype is brilliant, yahoo messenger is first-class, twitter is ok, imap is so so, pop3 is ho-hum, myspaceim is inferior, facebook is inferior, bonjour is cannon fodder, not enough data for irc jabber xmpp, not enough data for google talk.
