Accenture is full of deceit. The company values beleives in playing dirty politics with clients and employees. These bastards are worse than the worst Indian politicians. And these bastards team leads and uppper management are Indians themselves who have no shame whatsoever. They need to rounded up and sent to Jail. Never believe an Indian....he will always try to screw his own people. I'm sick and tired of experiencing such events unfolding in a SCAM called Accenture. hcl is gr8 place to wrk for...but not as good as tcs..i am employ of hcl...totally support of post...infy is s*it...they fire there employs as if they are play toys..hcl gives employ first criteria..and tcs no doubt awesome place to wrk for...pls dont go for infy

HCL Is really a gr8 place for IT folks. You can take any situation HCL dont lay off the employees some thing like accenture or any infy..etc I dont want to compare with any employers because HCL can offers best/good and safe/secured job. as we are from IT we need to more think about security of our jobs... in many cases people gone to bench but at the same time they would get the projects but HCL does not think to lay off in between the period HOPE guys understood the value of HCL :)

HCL:1) HCL is not good for fresher. I joined HCL last year 2011 as Software Engineer and I was a*signed a project and I am working(haha) there as developer but there is no work in it. I have to sit idle and this is same with other 29 students from my batch and other freshers. We go in the morning and come back in evening as we have to go daily but in this 7-8 months I have just worked on MS Excel.There are a lots of people who say that they were idle for starting 2 years after joining HCL and some are till now.This is due to there very poor middle level managers because they don't know tallent management.This may sound good to someone but there is no learning and you will remain at the same post and salary and cannot switch after even 5-6 years because you will have no experience . HCL is good for someone who wants to prepare for MBA or other higher studies as S/he will concentrate on studies(becoz no work). 2)If you have 5-6 years of experience then HCL is best company for you as they said it is retirement policy. 3)My package was 3.25L but I get 20,000 approx. in hand but TCS offers 3.16L and gives 23,000 approx in hand. TCS:1) Lots of my friends are in TCS and they are very happy with the company and work.Also they have more chances of going abroad because the ratio of there onsite and offsite strength is same.
