Any Indian IT company is far better than employee and client tricking Accenture. Even good colleges in India have banned Accenture from taking part in campus recruitment. Do your homework and ask around. Get surprised about what you hear about these morons. Typical management crap that try to trick the employee into joining and then not allowing them to leave, full of mind games. There are all types of risks associated with Accenture like HR risks, Career risks (as nobody will hire you once you work with them), Client risks, Pay risks etc. They make sure you are so busy with over work that an employee does not have time to attend interviews at other companies. Even if you take a day off due to personal reasons.....they will harass and berate you. They also make fake calls to you to find out where you are and what you are doing. They use the employee's friends and colleagues in the office to manipulate the employee further. Full gutter politics unleashed without any standards or respect. Bloody low breed s!@t faced bastards. Just like a mafia.
