Hi, I've recently been placed in both MindTree and Wipro. As a fresher, which one shud i join for? Pls give reasons

I can tell that MindTree is one of the best places to work, secondly, Mindtree being a mid-sized company, there are more chances that your work will noticed and you may grow, which might be too slim when comes to Wipro. In addition, the onsite opportunities wit Mindtree are quite comparable to Wipros' and the compensation is also better, Mindtree do not have long working hours like Wipro, neither you are made to work on weekends/holidays. There are lot of other positive things about Mindtree, which you will eventually come to know once you are on-board. I wish you all the best in your decision.
